Akanoid

	After their last album COCKTAIL POP, four CD-EPs, and extended touring with DE/VISION and CRÜXCHADOWS the new AKANOID album is going to be released on May 22, 2009. CIVIL DEMON starts where the last EP 100 BURNING GUITARS has ended. More guitar sounds merge with electronical sounds and elaborated song arrangements. Synthetic Pop has transformed into Electronic-Rock.

	ALIEN HAND SYNDROME’s promising debut album "The Sincere And The Cryptic" is located somewhere inbet-ween the grey area of goth, indie, alternative and industrial music. The musical spectrum reaches from highly fragileness sounds, to powerful, melancholic refrains and chaotic indus-trial noise parts. All those different approaches are based on a common concept: The search for the maximum level of emotionality.

	After last year's EP release "Stone Thrower" which was praised with excellent reviews and even awards, the seventh Andreas Gross album entitled "Autumn Inventors" will be released on May 13th. Again, the band show a sure feeling for ambient Gothic Dark Wave which knows to satisfy by means of delicate melodies and the use of a variety of singing voices. In addition to the ten album songs, the first edition includes four bonus live tracks as well. The new album will also be released as a limited Vinyl+CD Edition containing nine album songs (excluding "Burning" and the live tracks). Furthermore, a special and strictly limited DVD release ("Obscure Seasons") will be available at about the same time containing all 19 video clips published up to now.

	Considering the present as the time in which we live, it seems that Arsine Tibé’s world of sound is beyond the frame from here and now. Rhythms and psychedelic guitars ("light") meet a melancholy seriousness, while darkness fills the emptiness of a long-lost sense search ("darkness"). Jazzy elements ("dawn at night") are mixed with scenes from a bar in which the everyday life is running backwards ("maximum boy"). A female detective enters the scene, forced to put an end to the geometry of the crime ("death of a cube"). The philosophy of being faster and higher all the time enters a maze with no exit at all ("skyline - deep and dead")… Arsine Tibé’s album “good evening, the mountain said" is an imaginary soundtrack that connects to the roots of life going deeper and deeper into the soil. Seyhan, Tania Murray and Alex Braun (!distain) appear as guest singers and musicians. "good evening, the mountain said " has been produced by Fremann at lounge noire (with the exception of "labeled models", produced by DJ Ram). Arsine Tibé is a solo-project of Manfred Thomaser, member of !distain.

	“Abyss Desires“ is Rico’s and Falo’s first album under the name of Avoid-A-Void although they already have played in various other bands (e.g. Silver & Gallery of Fear) for years before forming Avoid-A-Void. The album reflects a 10 year period of developing their own sound and it was really worth it since the 12 songs on the album sound very mature. And with this album Avoid-A-Void can easily compete with other bands from this genre. The appeal of “Abyss Desires“ lies in its sophisticated electronic arrangements that skilfully combine retro-sounds, EBM, mid-tempo beats and atmospheric sounds. The music, Falo’s singing and the profound and ironic lyrics form this special symbiotic relationship.

	From beginning to the middle of the 90th the Bionic electro-project has been represented on numerous EBM-interfaces which are now collector's items and off beat releases like „We Came To Dance Vol.7“ or „Tyranny Of The Beat Vol.2“. After their debut-ablum „Rest in Peace R.I.P.“ in 1995 and several live performances with artists like Krupps, A Grumph and De/Vision the new ablum „Close To Nature“ will be released.

	More than 12 years after their debut-album “Flowing With The Flue“ and the “Arabia“-single Born For Bliss will release their long awaited second album “Between Living And Dreaming“. The band has been arranged by guitarist and vocalist Frank Weyzig who was responsible for the typical guitar-sound of well known wave-gothic band Clan Of Xymox as their live guitarist and keyboarder. Adjacent to the 11 tracks on this album are also previously unreleased songs like “Dragon“ which Frank already composed in the 80’s for Clan Of Xymox.

	After the free pre-single "Theatre Of Deception" with hundreds of downloads CONSCIENCE is going to release their brand-new album "Gravity Has Gone". CONSCIENCE needed nearly three years to work on the new album and again there was an endless coming and going of guest singers. Since the last EP "Blurred Fish" was already buffed up by TWICE A MAN singer Dan Söderqvist, this time Colin Angus from THE SHAMEN, Mel from FUTURE TRAIL as well as Katharina Burges and Stian Shiver from PORTASH are involved. The new album impresses with a crystal clear sound and mind-blowing melodies which CONSCIENCE is known for and which go straight into your head and touch your heart. The guitars have boosted their way into the sound cosmos of CONSCIENCE and fit right into the synthetic overall picture. In 1991, Rüdiger Illg set sail for the first time with his project CONSCIENCE. On countless releases he cast the nets again and again retrieving guitar and rootsy electric bass sounds besides the synthesisers to finally fish out the 'perfect pop song' which a lot of seafarers are looking for in vain.

	Die aktuelle CD spiegelt das gesamte Spektrum der Dead Guitars wieder, welches sich seit Airplanes nochmals erweitert hat. So befinden unter den 12 Songs neben klassischen Mid- und Up-Tempo Nummern wie Miss America oder Pristine ebenso elegische und fast schon psychedelische Titel wie Silver Cross River oder On A Trip, die zusammen mit den eindringlich-melancholischen Songtexten das homogene Gesamtbild des Albums prägen. Flags demonstriert die Fähigkeit der Band ihren eigenen Stil zu definieren und gleichzeitig weiterzuentwickeln.

	The project of two named [DE:AD:CIBEL] released its first album "Klondike" on October, 1st. Although this is the first cooperation between Armin Kuester (music) and Daniel Galda (vocals, lyrics), both musicians have already successfully participated in other projects like e. g. Das Ich, Carlos Perón, kAlte fArben or Skorbut. the band now present 13 ruthless electro EBM tracks which balance perfectly between hard club sound ("Jerusalem Syndrom"), industrial ("B.I.I.D") and floating electro / future pop ("One Of 47").
