"The Silent Flame" is the second album of the band's singer and composer Tyves Oben and the first one on ECHOZONE. Most of the songs were already recorded in 2006 but new songs were added in 2008 so the whole album was mixed and mastered again.
The 16 songs ( plus 2 bonus tracks ) on the album are like a journey through a Gothic genre that has nearly vanished and there are only a few bands who still play music like this. The band's very own interpretaion of music is emphzised through Sean Bowley( singer and songwriter of "Eden") who wrote the lyrics to "Tears of Avalon" and also supplied the vocals. Ashley Dayour's ( Whispers In The Shadow) remix of "September's Breath" made the song sound even dreamier and much darker than the original.
